What does your price actually cover?
When we give you a price, it covers everything from the first panel on the roof to the final system test. We don't quote low and add charges later. What you agree to is what you pay.
All-In Price
Everything included in your quotation
No line items added after you sign. No surprise charges on completion day.
All Materials
Tier 1 and proven Tier 2 solar panels, inverter, battery (if applicable), mounting hardware, cables, and all electrical components — brand and spec confirmed in writing before you sign.
Full Installation Labor
Our certified installation team handles everything — roof mounting, wiring, inverter setup, battery integration, and final commissioning. No subcontractors, no surprise labor charges.
Permits & Documentation
Building permit application, electrical inspection certificate, and net metering application (if grid-tied) — all handled by our team and included in your quoted price.
Warranty Coverage
2-year workmanship warranty on our installation labor. 25-year manufacturer warranty on panels. Inverter and battery warranties as specified per brand — all documented in your contract.
Client Walkthrough
After commissioning, our team walks you through how to monitor your system, read your generation data, and what to do in the rare event of an issue. You leave knowing your system.
After-Sales Support

Payment Schedule
How payment works
We use a clear three-milestone payment structure tied to project progress — so you only pay as work is completed and verified.
Upon Contract Signing
60% of total contract price
Covers materials procurement and secures your installation slot. Your solar components are ordered and reserved for your project once this is received. Work begins after this clears.
Upon Materials Delivery
20% of total contract price
Due when all panels, inverter, battery, and components are delivered to your property. You can inspect every item before this payment is made.
Upon Completion & Sign-Off
20% balance
Due after full installation, commissioning, and your walkthrough. You verify the system is working and sign the acceptance form before the final payment is made.
Payment accepted via bank transfer, GCash, or cash. All transactions are issued an official receipt.

Why we don't post fixed prices online
Every property is different — roof type, shading, distance from the panel to the inverter, local permit fees, and your actual electricity consumption all affect the final system size and cost.
